Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized orthopedic nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient treatment plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergency situations during night shifts.
- Document patient information accurately in compliance with hospital policies.
- Ensure patient safety and promote healing through compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Experience working in orthopedic or surgical units preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a 12.5-hour schedule.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and post-operative care.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities considered a plus.
