Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations, including vestibular and pelvic health cases.
• Manage a productivity load of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Schedule and double-book follow-up visits as needed, ensuring efficient patient flow.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards during patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee.
• Experience working in outpatient settings preferred; new grads accepted.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with professionalism.
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient therapy experience, particularly in vestibular or pelvic health.
• Experience with double-booking appointments and managing diverse patient needs.
