Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting according to established treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe environment during daily operations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a clinical or setting-specific environment.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Equipment provided during interview, requiring familiarity with standard PT tools.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with ATI or similar facilities.
• Certification in relevant physical therapy specialties.
• Comfortable with documentation outside of standard clearance packets.
