Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
  • Monitor, record, and report patient conditions accurately
  • Assist with patient assessments and implement care plans
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and facility policies
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver integrated patient care

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
  • Current CPR and first aid certification
  • Experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work night shifts effectively

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare environments
