Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, night shifts, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and condition changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Vermont
• Own transportation to travel to the facility
• Ability to work consecutive weekend shifts
• Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in LTC or SNF settings
• Night shift availability and flexibility
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
