Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients with various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to therapy
• Ensure compliance with safety and clinical protocols
• Support patient education and promote recovery goals

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
• Prior experience working in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with patient documentation and electronic health records
• Familiarity with the use of therapy equipment and modalities
