Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic issues.
• Evaluate patient condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
• Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed, with prior approval for overtime.

Required Qualifications

• Valid PT license (PTA accepted; new grads encouraged to apply).
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work full-time day shifts.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Ability to handle a high patient volume efficiently.
• Flexible with travel within nearby clinics, though this position is based in a single clinic.
