Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic issues.
- Evaluate patient condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
- Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
- Double-book follow-up visits as needed, with prior approval for overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Valid PT license (PTA accepted; new grads encouraged to apply).
- Outpatient therapy experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work full-time day shifts.
- Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
- Ability to handle a high patient volume efficiently.
- Flexible with travel within nearby clinics, though this position is based in a single clinic.
