Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Manage a productivity level of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12–14 patients daily
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize clinic efficiency
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed; overtime must be approved by the director
• Collaborate with clinic staff and ensure quality care delivery across multiple locations (if float)

Required Qualifications
• Valid physical therapy licensure in the state of Tennessee
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work day shifts and adapt to clinic needs
• Willingness to travel between clinics as needed (not required to float initially)

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with outpatient rehabilitation and patient management
• Comfortable with double-booking appointments and handling a busy caseload
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
