• Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12-hour shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU setting.
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, including ECG rhythm recognition.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies, safety standards, and certifications.
• Complete orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate testing.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent experience in a Neonatal Level III ICU.
• Valid Ohio RN license or a Compact State RN license in good standing.
• BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment with acceptable scores.
• Experience with ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration safety protocols.
• Must have permanent Ohio RN license at the time of application.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital’s NICU or neonatal intensive care unit.
• Familiarity with hospital-specific procedures and electronic medical records.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
