Travel Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) – Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Rotating
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures in a fast-paced cath lab environment
- Operate and monitor specialized cardiovascular imaging and hemodynamic equipment throughout procedures
- Prepare and maintain the cath lab, including sterile field setup, equipment calibration, and supply management
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and hemodynamic data before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary cardiac care team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
- Rotate across applicable cath lab functions as directed by department leadership
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cardiovascular Technologist in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting
- Current CVT or equivalent cardiovascular technology certification
- Demonstrated proficiency with cardiac catheterization procedures and hemodynamic monitoring
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts with rotating schedule requirements
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel contract experience in a cardiac cath lab or interventional cardiology environment
- Familiarity with electrophysiology (EP) lab procedures and equipment
- Experience in a high-volume or acute care hospital cath lab setting
