Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Nights (3x12-hour shifts), rotating every other weekend, with holiday rotation, on-call not required, no local candidates accepted

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy care to patients within the hospital, including critical care.
• Float within scope to all hospital areas, including labor and delivery, to meet facility needs.
• Maintain compliance with all certification and licensing requirements upon start.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards for patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider (RCP) license in hand at start date.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent critical care experience.
• National certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and NBRC (RRT).
• Must have recent critical care experience; CRTs are not accepted.
• No radiation badge required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital environment, especially in critical care units.
• Ability to float across various hospital departments with confidence.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
