Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services across a diverse patient population including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Manage approximately 10 patient visits per day utilizing group and concurrent therapy models
• Conduct Fall Risk Assessments and Gross Motor Assessments as clinically indicated
• Treat a broad range of orthopedic conditions including post-operative care, joint replacements, spinal diagnoses, and soft tissue injuries
• Provide neurological rehabilitation for conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, MS, Parkinson's Disease, Concussion, and Cognitive Impairment
• Address cardiopulmonary conditions including COPD as part of a comprehensive outpatient caseload

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Experience treating patients across the lifespan including pediatric through geriatric populations
• Proficiency or ability to work within an electronic documentation system (NextGen)
• Ability to adhere to a business casual dress code

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with orthopedic post-operative care including rotator cuff repair and total joint replacement
• Background in neurological rehabilitation including degenerative diseases and movement disorders
• Familiarity with concurrent and group therapy delivery models in an outpatient setting
