CT / X-Ray Technologist (Multi-Modality)

Contract | Days, 5x8 Hours (9:00–17:30) | Onsite | Full-Time | Weekend Requirement: Yes | Call: Up to 4–5 times per month
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures across ER, inpatient, outpatient, adult, and pediatric patient populations in a short-term acute care setting
- Operate and maintain CT scanners and digital radiography equipment including Siemens DR XR rooms, Carestream portables, and Phillips IQon CT scanners
- Provide general X-ray coverage, including portable imaging, particularly during on-call shifts for nights and weekends
- Work independently as needed, demonstrating the ability to manage imaging responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Participate in on-call rotation up to 4–5 times per month, covering nights and weekend imaging needs
- Document and chart patient imaging data using Cerner electronic health record system
Required Qualifications
- Active ARRT certification required
- Active Indiana State Radiologic Technology License required prior to start date (pending license accepted if permanent application has been submitted)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience required
- Proficiency with general X-ray imaging required
- Must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Siemens, Carestream portable, and Phillips imaging equipment preferred
- Familiarity with Cerner charting system
- Experience in a multi-modality CT/XR technologist role within an acute care environment
