Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technologist duties within a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
• Assist surgical teams during cardiovascular procedures, ensuring proper instrumentation and sterile field maintenance
• Adhere to facility scheduling policies, including rotation of every other weekend and holidays alongside hospital staff
• Participate in a variable on-call schedule as required by the department
• Function within a high-acuity surgical environment across a facility with 286 beds

Required Qualifications

• Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technologist
• Prior CVOR or cardiovascular surgical scrub experience required
• Ability to work a variable call schedule in addition to standard shift hours
• Compliance with facility dress code: Ciel Blue scrubs required for surgical staff

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume or Level II+ hospital surgical environment
• Familiarity with travel assignment expectations and ability to adapt quickly to new facility protocols
