Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients across multiple care settings
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Float between two assigned facilities as required
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to work a Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday schedule
- Willingness and ability to float between multiple facility locations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a multi-site or float therapy role
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
