• Full-time, Day shift (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients in accordance with physician prescriptions.
• Operate and troubleshoot radiation therapy equipment following safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout treatment sessions.
• Comply with all regulatory and institutional policies, including floating to different units as needed for census and staffing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiation Therapist certification/licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience with EPIC EMR systems.
• Ability to demonstrate competency in radiation therapy procedures.
• Must be willing to float to other Prisma Health units as required.
• Must provide social security number with application for background verification.
• Travel must be greater than 100 miles from any Prisma facility unless meeting specific criteria.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to radiation therapy.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
