- Full-time, days (Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients according to prescribed plans
- Operate and monitor radiation therapy equipment with precision and safety
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure accurate treatment delivery
- Document patient treatments and maintain detailed medical records
- Follow safety protocols and radiation guidelines to protect patients and staff
- Float to other Prisma Health units as needed, performing tasks within demonstrated competencies
Required Qualifications
- Valid radiation therapist license or certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent EMR experience, specifically with EPIC
- Ability to float between units while maintaining competency
- Must submit Social Security Number with application
- Availability to complete pre-assignment testing and modules within 48 hours of contract start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a busy hospital or clinical setting
- Familiarity with Prisma Health’s EMR systems and protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
