Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 12-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours per Week | Every Other Weekend Rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to geriatric residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor and document resident health status, changes in condition, and responses to care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in weekend rotation coverage as scheduled
- Adhere to holiday coverage requirements as needed by the facility
Required Qualifications
- Active North Carolina LPN license or valid Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of prior LPN experience in a geriatric care setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 18 or more months of LPN experience
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) electronic health records system
