Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across a broad age spectrum including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics in an emergency room setting
• Manage telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia recognition, and cardiac and vasoactive drip titration
• Administer blood products and manage IV insulin and heparin protocols
• Perform tracheostomy management and non-invasive airway management including CPAP/BiPAP and oxygen therapy
• Participate in rapid response team utilization and PCU/stepdown level care as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using EPIC

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license (compact or Ohio state license) required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of emergency room nursing experience
• Active BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required
• Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Ability to comply with Ohio state fingerprinting requirements promptly upon contract signing
• 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be from a manager, director, or formal leadership role

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with wound care and wound VAC management
• Background in renal failure management and PCU/stepdown care environments
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records documentation
