Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days | Onsite | 5 x 8-Hour Shifts | 38 Hours Guaranteed Per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient function and independence
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of South Dakota or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current NBCOT certification
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
