Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced Trauma and Medical Surgical unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient condition, progress, and response to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• Experience in Medical Surgical or Trauma nursing
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in an onsite acute care setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with trauma unit workflows and protocols
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical environments
