Key Responsibilities

• Perform mobility evaluations and provide treatment across adult and pediatric acute inpatient, ICU, and inpatient rehabilitation settings

• Manage a caseload of approximately 9 evaluations and 16 treatments per day within a high-volume department

• Document clinical findings and justify next level of care in accordance with facility standards

• Cover a broad range of service areas including trauma, neuro, ortho, oncology, general med/surg, stroke specialty, and same-day discharge joint programs

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTAs and rehab aides to deliver patient-centered care

• Adhere to department scheduling requirements, including weekend and holiday rotations as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Wisconsin

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Experience in acute inpatient and/or ICU settings

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in adult ICU, acute neurology, Level 1 or Level 2 trauma, orthopedics, or cardiac rehabilitation

• Familiarity with pediatric acute inpatient and pediatric ICU patient populations

• Experience within adult or pediatric inpatient rehabilitation programs
