Contract | Full-Time | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours Guaranteed per Week | Holiday Availability Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to appropriate clinical staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Availability to work holiday weekends as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills in a LTC/SNF environment
