Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Tech)

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (5x8s) | On-call rotation required | Every third weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures as part of a daily caseload within a tertiary hospital setting
• Participate in an on-call rotation shared among technologists to ensure continuous coverage
• Fulfill weekend coverage requirements on a rotating basis (every third weekend)
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for patient charting and documentation
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and maintain a valid radiation monitoring badge at all times

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology
• General IR case experience required
• Active BLS certification required
• ARRT (R) certification required
• SCRQSA certification required
• Radiation monitoring badge must be provided by the staffing agency prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Neuro IR cases preferred
• Familiarity with Epic charting system preferred
