Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in a short-term acute care setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Deliver one-on-one patient care at a 1:1 ratio
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist state license; compact license must be active and in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care setting
• Ability to commit to holiday coverage requirements as outlined by the facility
• Must submit all time-off requests upfront at the time of submittal
• Two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Level II Trauma Center or similar acute care environment
• Familiarity with travel contract expectations, including potential floating to nearby sister facilities
