Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to support patient recovery and functional independence
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using Epic electronic health records
• Float within the contracted facility or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed
• Participate in required onboarding and annual compliance modules prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum occupational therapy experience as specified for this assignment
• Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
• Willingness to float between the contracted facility and nearby sister facilities
• Two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years
• Copies of all required certifications must be provided

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Epic charting system
• Previous travel therapy or multi-facility experience
