Key Responsibilities
• Assist patients in restoring occupational function through comprehensive evaluation and treatment planning.
• Conduct examinations of patients' occupational and functional status, including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary systems as they relate to functional mobility.
• Gather information from patient charts, patients, families, and other sources to develop effective treatment strategies.
• Implement therapy interventions aimed at improving patients' occupational and mobility skills.
• Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure integrated patient care.
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently.

Required Qualifications
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active state license in Illinois.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license (if performing driving evaluations).
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary for patient care across diverse populations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to evaluate patient status and develop appropriate therapy goals.
• Proficient computer skills for detailed documentation.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Valid driver’s license.
