Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | 40 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a primary care outpatient clinic setting
• Perform clinical assessments, triage, and care coordination for ambulatory patients
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered by providers
• Document patient interactions and clinical data accurately in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a clinic or ambulatory care Registered Nurse
• Active and unrestricted Connecticut RN license (or valid compact license)
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Local candidates only – must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Fairfield, CT

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health record system
• Prior experience in a primary care or outpatient specialty clinic environment
