Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient therapy setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland (permanent license required)
• Prior experience in an outpatient or comparable physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
• Compliance with all facility onboarding and documentation requirements before beginning assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation platforms
