Cardiovascular Technologist – Cardiac Cath Lab (Travel Contract)

Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | 10-Hour Shifts, 4 Days per Week | Start Time: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | On-Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Support structural heart procedures in a high-volume Cardiac Cath Lab setting
• Operate and maintain unit equipment including X-ray, PACS, Mac Lab, iStat, and Avox systems
• Document patient care and procedure data accurately using Cerner EMR
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio and adhere to all unit safety and clinical protocols
• Participate in on-call rotation, including every 5th weekend (Saturday 7:00 AM through Monday 7:00 AM)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience required
• Minimum 1 recent year of Electrophysiology (EP) experience required
• Active RCIS or ARRT certification required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR and Cath Lab-specific equipment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with structural heart procedures
• Familiarity with Mac Lab documentation and reporting systems
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into an established team environment
