Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (3x12 Hours, 7:00–19:00) | Every Other Weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ICU and IMC level care to critically ill patients in a long-term acute care setting
- Manage patient assignments with ratios up to 1:5
- Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition throughout the shift
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to facility scheduling requirements including every-other-weekend rotation
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with IMC-level patient care
- Prior experience in a long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) setting
