Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with some flexibility; minimal weekend and holiday coverage required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments across outpatient, inpatient, and home care settings
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as applicable
- Utilize therapeutic equipment including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, traction, and iontophoresis
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic charting system
- Float to other therapy locations as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Minnesota Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current BLS certification
- Minnesota Background Study clearance
- Minimum 1 year of experience with orthopedic and rehabilitation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation settings
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records
