Job Title
• Physical Therapy Assistant

Location
• Ottawa, IL

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts, 4 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed therapists in providing patient care across skilled and long-term care settings
• Manage a caseload with a focus on high-skilled, quick-turnaround cases for home health patients
• Support residents in long-term care facilities, ensuring quality of life and rehabilitation goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications
• Valid certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
• State licensure or registration as required by Illinois regulations
• Basic understanding of healthcare documentation and charting procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care facilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to high-paced environments and manage a diverse caseload
