Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and effective care delivery.
• Provide direct patient care for pediatric and adult patients before and after surgical procedures, managing a broad range of medical conditions.
• Act as a clinical leader, assisting with staff precepting and guiding less experienced team members.
• Maintain adherence to established policies and procedures with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate discharge planning and educate patients and their families to promote recovery and health maintenance.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Montana.
• Knowledge of hospital and ambulatory care settings.
• Ability to work independently and follow clinical policies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in medical-surgical nursing.
• Prior leadership or preceptor experience.
