Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 3 x 12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week | Every other weekend and holiday required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit during overnight shifts
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data and respond to changes in patient condition
- Deliver nursing care to telemetry and orthopedic patient populations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using electronic health record systems
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemetry nursing
- Experience with orthopedic patient care
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced acute care or hospital setting
- Strong cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation skills
