Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize clinic workflow.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and patient safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multispecialty team.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Willingness to accept new grads and first-time travelers.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with pediatric, vestibular, pelvic health, or general outpatient therapy.
• Flexibility to work at other clinics if needed.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle diverse case loads.
