Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 13-Week Assignment | 40 Hours per Week | 8-Hour Shifts | 5 Days per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support patients in developing, recovering, or maintaining daily living and work skills
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) license in the state of Oregon or eligibility to obtain one
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program
• Current NBCOT certification as a COTA
• Ability to work full-time day shifts for the duration of a 13-week contract assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
