Contract | Days | 36–40 hours per week with a 36-hour weekly guarantee | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible to 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM) | Start Date: September 21, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-hour patient evaluations and provide 45-minute daily treatment sessions
• Treat a diverse patient population with a strong focus on orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and work-related injuries
• Collaborate closely with a rehabilitation team that includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, and a speech therapist
• Receive and manage referrals from orthopedic surgeons, family practice providers, and acute care teams
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to patients from the local community and surrounding towns

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Montana)
• Ability to work in an outpatient setting
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records
• Background in orthopedic, sports, or work-related injury rehabilitation
