Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 9:30 AM – 10:00 PM | 9 or 12-hour shifts available | Projected Start: September 7, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia nursing care to patients in a 15-bed PACU unit at a 1:2 or 1:1 patient ratio
• Utilize GE bedside monitors, bladder scanner, central telemetry monitor, IV pumps, EKG equipment, and suction devices
• Document patient care accurately using the Expanse electronic documentation system
• Assist with unit procedures including ECT, bedside manipulations, and blood patch procedures
• Participate in on-call rotations, including 1–2 call shifts per week, one call weekend per month, and 2 call holidays per year
• Adhere to unit dress code: Navy Blue Scrubs required

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in Virginia
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 1–2 years of ICU or Emergency Room experience strongly preferred
• 1 year of general floor nursing experience preferred
• Experience with ventilator management
• Experience administering and managing critical drips
