Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: August 24, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Provide couplet care (mother and newborn) with a ratio of 3 couplets per nurse
- Perform Labor & Delivery nursing duties including active labor management, Pitocin administration, and epidural monitoring at a 1:1 ratio
- Assist with cesarean sections in circulator, first assist, or scrub roles as applicable
- Conduct OBED triage, inductions, and support midwife-led care
- Deliver post-partum and newborn care within a well-born nursery setting
- Utilize Centricity Perinatal and Meditech EMR systems and Corometrics monitoring equipment
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years of OB experience
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
- AWHONN certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Cesarean section experience as circulator, first assist, or scrub technician
- Familiarity with Centricity Perinatal and/or Meditech EMR platforms
- Experience working in a high-volume Labor & Delivery or Maternity Care setting
