Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Float to other units as needed and within scope of practice
- Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
- Local candidates are welcome to apply
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Cerner EMR
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Ability to adapt to floating assignments within scope of practice
