Contract | 12-Week Assignment | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | Mix of PM (3p–11p) and NOC (7p–7a) Shifts | 8-Hour and 12-Hour Shifts Available | Every Other Weekend and Holiday Rotation | Overtime Available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per care plans
• Monitor and document patient conditions, progress, and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Cover PM and NOC shifts, including weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Active RN (Registered Nurse) license — LPN substitutions are not accepted for this role
• Current and valid nursing license in North Dakota or a compact state
• Ability to work a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts across PM and NOC schedules
• Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard contract rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility environments
• Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary care setting
