Travel – Registered Respiratory Therapist (Night Shift)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct respiratory therapy services to patients across assigned clinical areas during night shift hours
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions including critically ill and cardiovascular patients
- Operate and manage respiratory equipment, ventilators, and related therapeutic devices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately in accordance with facility protocols
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in Florida
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical respiratory therapy experience
- Experience in an acute care hospital setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with cardiovascular, trauma, or critically ill patient populations
- Prior travel therapy assignment experience
- Familiarity with stroke care or chest pain center protocols
