Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on an LDRP unit with a 7-bed capacity, following AWHONN acuity-based staffing ratios
• Perform and assist with labor and delivery procedures including induction of labor, vaginal delivery, C-sections, tubal ligation, labor triage, antepartum care, D&C, vaginal repair, NST, IUFD, steroid injections (BMZ), and external cephalic version
• Serve as OR circulator for obstetric surgical cases including C-sections, tubal ligations, D&Cs, and vaginal repairs
• Conduct newborn resuscitation and attend deliveries for low-risk newborns
• Utilize GE Centricity Perinatal equipment and document within the EPIC EMR system
• Float to patient care tech (PCT) role during low-census periods as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
• Labor triage experience (QMP)
• OR circulator experience in an obstetric setting
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with IUPC and FSE placement
• Experience assisting with JADA, COOKS, or BAKRI placement
• 2 or more years of Labor and Delivery experience
