Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to patients in a clinic setting.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to maximize patient throughput.
• Collaborate with team members and obtain prior approval for any additional overtime hours.
• Ensure quality patient care and documentation in compliance with clinic standards.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to all safety and confidentiality guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to see 12-14 patients daily.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient therapy experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience working with orthopedic patient populations.
• Ability to adapt to different clinic environments within the company’s travel team.
