Travel RN – NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)

Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Projected Start: 09/22/2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU setting
• Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns, implementing appropriate nursing interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
• Float to Nursery as needed to support unit staffing requirements
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Texas (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience required
• Level III NICU experience required
• Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating to Nursery settings
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills in high-acuity neonatal environments
• Previous travel nursing experience
