Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required (permanent state licensure required; compact licensure may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
• Candidates who have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience
• Strong documentation and time-management skills in a high-volume outpatient environment
