Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit within a large, short-term acute care, Level I Trauma Center
• Administer IV therapy and medications; IV Certification is a firm requirement
• Work within a team nursing model, collaborating with PCCs, RNs, and other clinical staff to manage patient ratios
• Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as needed
• Adhere to all facility compliance, floating, and holiday coverage expectations as outlined at time of offer

Required Qualifications

• Active LVN/LPN license; must be in full compliance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) guidelines — pending licenses are not accepted
• IV Certification required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical nursing required; first-time travelers accepted only with 3+ years of recent experience
• At least one prior travel assignment required
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Large hospital experience required
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3+ years of recent Medical Surgical experience preferred
• EPIC electronic health record experience preferred
