Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit within a Level II Trauma Center environment
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5
• Float between units as needed, including potential float to nearby sister facilities
• Work weekends as required (6 shifts per 6-week period)
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
• Must commit to all requested time off and scheduling needs upfront at time of submittal
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard traveler (locals accepted under alternate terms)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Med Surg setting within an acute care or trauma center environment
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to floating assignments across multiple units
• Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced inpatient settings
