Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Rotating Weekends | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting, including OR, PACU, and postpartum couplet care
- Support a unit averaging approximately 60 deliveries per month, with anticipated growth to 80+ deliveries per month
- Care for neonates 32 weeks gestational age and above
- Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to patients and families throughout the birthing experience
- Participate in call rotation, expected at approximately one 12-hour shift every 6 weeks, subject to change
- Serve in an RN Charge capacity as required
Required Qualifications
- Current Colorado RN license or multistate compact license with authorization to practice in Colorado
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- STABLE certification
- Prior RN Charge experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
- Flu vaccine required by October 2026
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience as a travel nurse with flexible time-off requests and availability to start promptly
- Familiarity with OR and PACU workflows within a Labor and Delivery environment
- Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to adapt to a dynamic, growing unit
