Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Rotating Weekends | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting, including OR, PACU, and postpartum couplet care
• Support a unit averaging approximately 60 deliveries per month, with anticipated growth to 80+ deliveries per month
• Care for neonates 32 weeks gestational age and above
• Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to patients and families throughout the birthing experience
• Participate in call rotation, expected at approximately one 12-hour shift every 6 weeks, subject to change
• Serve in an RN Charge capacity as required

Required Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license or multistate compact license with authorization to practice in Colorado
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• STABLE certification
• Prior RN Charge experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
• Flu vaccine required by October 2026

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience as a travel nurse with flexible time-off requests and availability to start promptly
• Familiarity with OR and PACU workflows within a Labor and Delivery environment
• Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to adapt to a dynamic, growing unit
